A decade of tax, audit and compliance - Done right
Pratik Gujrathi & Associates was founded in 2016 on a simple idea: a business should be able to get tax, audit, company law and compliance from one team that knows its file. What began as a small Pune practice is now a 15-member team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and advisors. We have come to look after more than 300 companies and businesses across 25 sectors, and we still work the way we started: close to our clients, straight with our advice, and steady on the deadlines that matter.

Our vision is simple. We want to be the firm a business turns to first and stays with as it grows, whether that means a first GST registration today or a group audit ten years from now. As tax and compliance keep getting more complex, our aim is to keep it feeling straightforward for the people we work with: clear advice, work done on time, and a team that knows your file. We would rather grow steadily alongside our clients than chase size, building a practice that businesses, companies, societies and families across Pune can rely on for the long run.
